Frequently asked questions: Custom printing
Answers to the questions our customers ask most often.
What can you print?
We offer digital printing and large-format printing - from business cards, flyers and stickers to posters, roll-up systems and textiles. We adapt printing to your files or design it from scratch.
What file format should I send for printing?
Vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS) or high-resolution images work best. If you don't have a file, we help with preparation and design.
How quickly is the product delivered?
Standard delivery in Slovenia usually takes 3-5 business days after artwork approval. For urgent orders we arrange faster production. We deliver across Slovenia and the EU.
Do you prepare a design proof before printing?
Yes - we always prepare a digital preview (visualisation) with your logo before production, which you approve first. This way there are no surprises with the final product.
