What we sell
We sell promotional products, stamps, trophies, door plates, printed products and gifts. Most products are personalised: we print or engrave your text or logo.
Ordering
You choose products in the shop and add them to the cart. At the checkout you enter your delivery and payment details. Before you place the order you see a summary with all products, prices, VAT and delivery costs. Until then you can correct your input: in the cart you change quantities or remove products, at the checkout you edit the details you entered. You place the order with the button “Order with obligation to pay”.
Right after that you receive an order confirmation with a summary by e-mail. With this confirmation the contract is concluded. You can conclude the contract in Slovenian, English or Italian. We keep the order in our system. If you have a customer account, you see your orders there. You can save or print these terms at any time.
For a personalised product, you approve a digital proof before we make it. We do not make the product without your approval. Check the proof carefully, because we judge any personalisation error against it.
If a price in the shop is obviously wrong, for example because of a typing error, we tell you before we make or send the product. You can then cancel the order or confirm it at the correct price.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (EUR). Every price says whether it includes VAT: in the shop, next to the price excluding VAT you also see the price including VAT. At the checkout, VAT and the delivery cost are shown separately before you place the order. Registered business customers have their own price terms.
You can pay by payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cash on delivery (Slovenia only). Approved business customers can pay on invoice with a payment term of 30 days. Card payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe).
Delivery
Delivery within Slovenia costs €5.90 and to other EU countries €16.90 (both including VAT). Delivery in Slovenia is free for orders above €300 excluding VAT. We do not deliver outside the EU through the shop.
Pick-up in Koper (Vojkovo nabrežje 4) is free. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 17:30 to 19:30.

Content you upload
For the texts, logos and images you send us for personalisation, you confirm that you may use them and that they do not infringe the rights of others or the law. We may refuse an order whose content is unlawful, offensive or hateful. In that case we refund any payment already received.
Withdrawal, faulty products and complaints
Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. We are liable to consumers for the conformity of products for two years from delivery. The procedure and the withdrawal form are on the Returns and complaints page.
Business customers
Business customers are companies and individuals who buy for their business. Consumer protection rules do not apply to them. The agreed quote applies. Goods paid on invoice remain our property until paid in full. Disputes with business customers are heard by the competent court in Koper, Slovenia.

Governing law and disputes
Slovenian law applies to the contracts. For consumers, the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov, ZVPot-1) applies and, for personal data, the GDPR and ZVOP-2. If you live in another EU country, you keep the mandatory rights that the law of your country gives you. For consumers, the statutory rules on court jurisdiction apply.
Grafline d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for a dispute a consumer could start under the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS). Consumer protection is supervised by the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (Tržni inšpektorat RS).
